I don’t live on the Northern Beaches; can you still help at my child’s party?
We travel to ALL corners of Sydney! Free travel to locations within 25km's of postcode 2103. Any locations outside this will incur a $1.00 per kilometre travel fee.
I’ve booked you for my child’s party, what do I need to do next?
Great job! We will be in touch a few days before the event to confirm entertainer arrival times, as well as our recommended party run-sheet. On the day we will provide: kids party music, speaker, face painting, party games & game prizes.
To make your party planning a little easier we also offer a range of optional extras. These include: customised party invitations PDF only ($20), filled piñata ($60), lolly bags ($4.50/bag), pass the parcel ($45), pin the tail on the donkey ($20).
Please let us know 1 week in advance if you require any of these extras.
What do I need to provide on the day of my child’s party?
All we need is the children and an open space! If you've booked a face painter, they will arrive at the party location 15 minutes before showtime to set up his/her station.
How much will my child’s party cost?
Please check out our “Party Packages” for all costs and package inclusions. Please note, these prices are quoted for parties of up to a certain number of children (15 or 20). After this as additional $4.00 per child will be charged.
How do I pay you?
To secure your booking a 25% deposit is required. This can be made via bank transfer. Any remaining payments can be made on the party day via cash or card payments
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes things go wrong. If you cancel 7 days prior to your party date there will be no financial penalty. After this time deposits will be retained.
What age parties do you host?
We predominantly cater for children aged anywhere from 1 to 12, and any age with our disabled friends. If you have any questions please contact us directly.
My daughter/son is having a themed party that isn’t your typical fairy/princess party. Can you still help?
We have some very magical character options however if your party is something a little different please let us know and we will do our very best to come dressed appropriately! Contact us directly so we can chat further.
Do you host boys parties?
Absolutely! If your child would prefer a male entertainer we have some wonderful hosts who would LOVE help out at your next party.
We would love two entertainers to help at the party. Can we hire more than one person?
You can! If your party has a large amount of guests attending (15+), we recommend having 2 x entertainers so that everyone can have a turn at getting their face painting PLUS time for some super fun games. Please enquire directly for prices.
My child has sensitive skin. Can he/she still have face painting at the party?
You bet. All of our face paints are FDA approved so they’re safe to use on little people!
